– Inside Sales role handling inbound calls and warm leads to match insurance products and convert leads into policyholders. This position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas. Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through base salary and commissions; top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. Paid training includes licensing if you do not already hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. All equipment is provided and there is no cold calling; all leads are warm. Position Details
Paid training in a remote work environment from day one. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. Work-from-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet services are not supported. All insurance representatives will work with a focus on inbound, warm leads and customer needs. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs. Collaborate with teammates to support a customer-centric sales process in a remote setting. Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience is preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience is required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales; ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property & Casualty Insurance License required or training provided if not currently licensed. About Liberty Mutual
