Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, build energy around our products and services, and thrive in a high-traffic environment. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and work toward meeting performance targets and quality-of-sale metrics. Job Responsibilities Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions using digital tools. Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value; guide customers to self-serve with the T-Mobile app. Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results and promotions; maintain customer readiness; assist with onboarding activities across nearby store locations; participate in store operations and opening/closing procedures; manage access to kiosk assets per procedures. Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service; follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and expand relationships with new and existing customers; may perform price overrides for specialty offers. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer-oriented with ability to balance customer experience and performance goals Team building and collaboration with peers and leaders Retail sales drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Compensation and Benefits Hourly base pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. On-the-job training during the first 90 days with eligibility for additional incentives after promotion to Mobile Expert. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
