You will create and manage your individual book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers. The position requires 100% on-site work at our HQ in Columbus, OH. Lead Generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects Cold Call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base Negotiate and Market Research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers Account Management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software Problem Solving; Proactively communicate with high sense of urgency when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers What You\u2019ll Bring To The Table
