Regional Sales Manager

Massman Companies We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Midwest/Southwest to the Cartoning, Case Packing, and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, nurture existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory Actively seek out and develop new accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Cartoning, Case Packing, and Palletizing, and systems. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5years of experience in industrial sales Strong understanding of cartooning, case packing machines, and robotic palletizing systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to develop new business and close sales. Ability to travel extensively within the Midwest USA territory. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Summary
