Responsibilities
Work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life and act as a brand ambassador. Provide a best-in-class customer experience, build loyalty, and identify customer needs. Demonstrate and educate customers on devices, services, and accessories, including IoT devices where relevant. Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and expert answers. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and to inspects devices and accounts as needed. Build relationships across channels and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and hand off leads when appropriate. Develop expertise through training with a focus on preparation for promotion to Mobile Expert. What You’ll Do in Your Role
Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience. Help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Offer personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Provide accurate information about coverage, plans, and services and help customers stay connected. Support a fast-paced, energetic environment focused on customer needs. Requirements and Qualifications
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred. Desire to learn, build meaningful customer connections, and perform well in a sales-driven environment. Ability to work with peers and store leadership to share best practices and resolve issues. Balance customer experience with performance goals. Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school degree or GED. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; reliable transportation. Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability. What’s in it for you?
