Maintain relationships with existing customers, pursue repeat business, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Deliver presentations and business reviews to management; provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry required. Pump equipment background highly desirable. Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills. Ability to effectively present to management and conduct business reviews. Physical Demands
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws. Additional Information

Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting pay may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience.
