As a Sales Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience by helping visitors book ski and snowboard lessons, answering questions about our programs, and serving as a friendly, knowledgeable face at the heart of the Ski and Ride School. The Sales Desk Agent is also responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. The agent will be asked to communicate clearly and often with the supervisor teams and administrative team to manage walk-up lessons sales and capacity.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, mountain environment and are passionate about winter sports, we want to hear from you!**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**Follow daily duties checklist provided for Sales Desk Agent**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS**Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with computers, point-of-sale systems, and scheduling software (experience with SiriusWare, Inntopia, and/or Flaik a plus)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest or experience in skiing or snowboarding is strongly preferred Passion for winter sports and a desire to help others enjoy the mountain experience Ability to sit, bend, reach, and speak for extended periods of time.
