Originating conventional and government residential mortgage loans Building and maintaining referral relationships with realtors, builders, and developers Acting as the main point of contact for applicants throughout the loan process Structuring loan terms based on credit risk and underwriting standards Facilitating communication with attorneys, title companies, and related professionals Ensuring all loan documentation and processing complies with regulatory requirements Expectations will include
Meeting minimum production goals through proactive outreach and networking Attending open houses, industry events, and community functions Explaining loan products, terms, and disclosures in a clear, compliant manner Conducting borrower interviews, collecting necessary documentation, and completing credit analyses Supporting fraud detection, loan compliance, and risk management practices Maintaining strong knowledge of real estate market trends and mortgage regulations A qualified candidate will possess the following
Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience in mortgage lending or financial services Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend events Active registration and good standing with the NMLS Registry (required upon hire) Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software (e.g., Encompass, LaserPro) Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude Compensation
$80,000 per year Benefits
