Overview

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst. In this role you will demonstrate your technical expertise. To be successful in this position, you must have solid functional and technical skills in PeopleSoft. The person should be the subject matter expert in PeopleSoft HCM application, particularly in Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Position Management, and/or Classification and Compensation. This position is required to maintain accurate information and ensure data integrity in our HCM system. Strong reporting skills to create standard and ad hoc reports are a must. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate information and ensure data integrity in the HCM system. Develop and run standard and ad hoc reports to support HR operations and decision-making. Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements; perform fit/gap analyses; write functional or technical specifications based on requirements. Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations, changes, issues, and provide recommendations on process improvements. Collaborate with IT developers and HR stakeholders, including Payroll, on changes and issue resolution; communicate effectively across teams. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information as required by the role. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and eight years of relevant experience. Relevant experience

is defined as technical and functional experience/skills in PeopleSoft HCM (Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Position Management). Desirables PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management modules. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements, performing fit/gap analyses, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements. Project management and testing experience in PeopleSoft updates and new module implementations is a plus. Schedule, Location & Unit

2025-3090 Work Schedule:

9/80; Monday through Friday with one Friday off. Monday through Thursday 9 hours per day; 8 hours per day every other Friday. Hybrid:

Metropolitan’s current practice is a hybrid schedule with two days in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change based on organizational needs; a telework policy is scheduled for negotiations and will provide final direction on the hybrid schedule when implemented. Benefits
