Overview
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst. In this role you will demonstrate your technical expertise. To be successful in this position, you must have solid functional and technical skills in PeopleSoft. The person should be the subject matter expert in PeopleSoft HCM application, particularly in Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Position Management, and/or Classification and Compensation. This position is required to maintain accurate information and ensure data integrity in our HCM system. Strong reporting skills to create standard and ad hoc reports are a must. Responsibilities
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements. Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations, changes, issues, and provide recommendations on process improvements. Effectively communicate and collaborate with IT developers, HR stakeholders, and Payroll team on changes and issue resolution. Maintain confidentiality and handle information that is routinely confidential. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, and eight years of relevant experience. Relevant experience is defined as technical and functional experience/skills in PeopleSoft HCM (Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, Position Management). Desirable
PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management modules Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements. Project management and testing experience in PeopleSoft updates and new modules implementation is a plus. Additional Details
Schedule:
44/36, Monday through Friday / Every other Friday off. Monday through Thursday 9 hours per day, 8 hours per day every other Friday. Hybrid:
Metropolitan’s current practice in this position is a hybrid work schedule. This typically includes two days a week in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change dependent on organizational needs. A telework policy is scheduled for negotiations and once completed and implemented, will provide final direction on the hybrid schedule.
