Responsibilities
Conducting sales presentations, recommending products, closing sales, and using the Customer Care Sales Model
Continuously prospecting for sales opportunities
Collecting premiums from policyholders according to a pre-arranged schedule
Responding promptly to policyholder service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc.)
Keeping accurate records, accounting for money collected, and processing paperwork

Build strong relationships with customers
Devote the time necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills
Minimum qualifications
Customer service experience
Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage
Dependable vehicle for daily travel
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
Authorized to work in the United States
Preparation
Licensing – Assistance and guidance for licensing exams
Basic Training – Development program with self-study, classroom time, role-play, and fieldwork
On-the-job training – Earn a paycheck while learning the profession
