SAP - SuccessFactors Payroll - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN. EY seeks a proactive SAP Technical Senior to join the SuccessFactors team. The role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to address client challenges, delivering business-centered solutions that cover strategy, user experience, processes, and operations. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements and ensure the final product meets their needs. Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms; create software components and services that integrate with upstream and downstream systems to meet business requirements. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities; lead requirements gathering, impact analysis across modules, testing, and documentation; design functional solutions. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into effective business solutions; complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Travel may be required to meet with clients. Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies. Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices. Ability to build and manage client relationships, fostering trust and value. Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 2 - 4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and time management solutions. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40-60%. Nice to Have
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP SuccessFactors certifications for relevant modules. Experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of core module. Workforce Time and Attendance solution experience. What We Look For
