Job Overview The Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a System Administrator for four enterprise software systems and provide functional software support to enable District staff to meet organizational goals and improve overall operational efficiency. This position also provides functional support for implementations and serves as a functional expert for applications in all stages of development, testing, and production.
Responsibilities
Act as functional support for financial software implementations
Act as Financial Systems software Project Manager
Monitor project timelines to ensure that goals are met
Review software release notes to determine if any new functionality should be implemented
Test all existing and new functionality to ensure necessary operations can continue
Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues for the financial applications
When issues are reported, investigate the issue and provide a resolution
Create documentation and provide training to various District staff for financial applications
Serve as the System Administrator for core financial systems
Create and edit financial systems reports
Working Conditions This position is in a standard office environment. It performs continuous repetitive tasks (including keyboarding) with one or both hands. Occasionally lifts and carries objects up to 10 pounds. Occasionally requires bending and reaching above shoulder level. Employees may be subject to call-in outside of regularly scheduled work hours, or required to be on call, including on nights, weekends or holidays, to respond to emergency management activities or other incidents requiring rapid response in support of District operations.

Associate’s degree (Business Process Analyst 1)
Bachelor’s degree (Business Process Analyst 2-4)
Master’s degree (Business Process Analyst 5)
Valid driver’s license required for all levels
Equivalent combination of experience and education is accepted

Additional Details This position is typically scheduled to work 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, out of the Brooksville, FL. A hybrid work schedule, to include both remote and office work, may be available to the successful candidate. The Business Process Analyst 1 and 2 are eligible for overtime and the Business Process Analyst 3-5 are eligible for compensatory time for hours worked over 40 hours, in a week.
Travel Required Yes. Some travel, using District vehicle, within District coverage area.

Financial Systems Analyst 4: $61,254.00 - $84,422.50
Financial Systems Analyst 5: $66,180.00 - $91,203.50
The starting salary range reflects the minimum to 50% of the compensation. The starting salary will be based on the education and experience of the successful candidate. The District conducts annual performance evaluations that may award applicable pay increases based on positive employee performance.
