We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our organization as a Director of an Enterprise Financial Services Sales Team. You will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of Enterprise Account Executives and will be measured by your team's overall quota attainment and new business acquisition. This role requires comfort leading teams and a deep understanding of the Data and AI space. Responsibilities
Promote Revenue Success: Build and exceed your team's quarterly/annual sales targets Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics Create Trust-Based Relationships: Develop long-term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships Distill Customer Needs and Value: Help your team understand the customer's commercial goals and how they relate to our value proposition Manage the Voice of Databricks: Lead your team to communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations What We Look For
Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a hybrid inside/field sales team 4+ years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite 4+ years of experience selling against open source or freemium models Proven track record delivering against personal and team goals and improving processes Ability to influence, develop, and empower employees with a team-first mindset Coaching skills to develop sales fundamentals in Account Executives, including prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to the C-Suite Willing to travel ( Bachelor's degree required Benefits

Actual compensation packages are based on factors such as job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications and training, and work location.
