We are currently looking for a full-time High School Admissions Representative. The representative works to locate, inform, interest, and enroll high school students to meet enrollment objectives and student needs.
Responsibilities Include
Procure and follow up on referrals of prospective students from various sources.
Manage inquiries effectively, following standard procedures and best practices.
Utilize and oversee online chat programs to assist website visitors and recruit potential students.
Conduct interviews and campus tours with prospective students and parents to assess qualifications and fit, making referrals as needed.
Support on-campus events and informational meetings.
Foster student retention through regular communication and engagement.
Manage non-responsive applicants and provide enrollment forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
Meet enrollment targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Participate in departmental events such as scholarship days, open houses, and graduation ceremonies.
Adhere to the SUS Admissions Code of Conduct and relevant regulations.
Guide students through enrollment and registration processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate degree preferred.
1-5 years of for-profit admissions experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of financial aid procedures.
Proficient with academic programs offered by the school.
Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with lead tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively.
