Assistant Property Manager – South Tampa, FL
Richman Property Services, Inc. invites you to join our Luxury Signature Team as an Assistant Property Manager. We offer a competitive base salary, monthly lease/renewal bonuses, day‑time schedules, and a growth environment.
Base Pay Range:
$20.00/hr – $24.00/hr
Responsibilities
Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals.
Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software.
Conduct unit inspections and manage move‑in/move‑out processes.
Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning.
Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
Collect rent, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Position Requirements
Education:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2–4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position; experience with luxury, Class‑A communities and Yardi software is preferred.
Skills & Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi); strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
