Process accounts payable invoices and payments in compliance with company policies and procedures Review and manage queues in Avid and ensure accurate data flow into Yardi Research and resolve AP discrepancies, vendor inquiries, and payment issues Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements to maintain accurate records Assist with payment research, analytics, and preparation of AP-related financial reports Collaborate with property management teams and vendors to strengthen relationships Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience Experience doing accounting in the real estate industry Proficiency with Avid Exchange and Yardi accounting software Nice-to-Have Experience
Exposure to both corporate and property-level accounting functions Prior involvement in AP process improvement or automation initiatives Experience reconciling complex vendor accounts Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and team interactions Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing priorities There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
