The Document Controller is responsible for creating, managing and distributing Customer and Regulatory compliant labels and materials and the inventory in a Regulated cGMP Environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Safety: Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing It Safe. Ensure Safe and well-maintained Work Environment and conditions throughout all workspaces, facility and surrounding areas. Actively participate in Safety Sentinels to support cultivating and promoting a Safety-First Culture. People: Approach all activities and tasks with a motivated “can do” attitude and identify ways to help streamline Crescents processes. Promote a Work Environment where Crescent People are valued and can safely communicate, grow and develop. Productivity: Identify, drive and support all Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts. Prepare job bins/dockets as required by the customer. Create labels per customer specifications Receiving of incoming customer supplied labels All other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the identification and training of an individual capable of successfully completing all stated Key Responsibilities as appropriate to maintain integrity of position for progression planning and coverage during times of absence. Quality: Ensure compliance with corporate quality manual. Maintain journals and daily summary logs as required. Complete operational paperwork validations as required. Create labels per customer specifications Responsible for all label inventory Customer Value: Ensure processes, programs and controls are intact and executed against to deliver top quality products to all Crescent customers. Fast paced environment, requiring Quality Coordinator to adapt to constant changes in schedules, volumes, staffing and shift requirements. Ability to frequently sit, stand for long periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Knowledge, Skills, & Capability
Basic Math and Reading Skills: The ability to read instructions and perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and understand percentages. Decision Making: Self-driven to continually monitor the production line and make the decision necessary to improve the workflow and output.
