Real Estate Lease Administrator – Winston-Salem

$42 - Contract to hire Role Summary
The Lease Administration Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently abstracting critical lease and property information into a centralized database for branches, offices, ATMs, tenant leases, and owned properties. This role ensures data integrity, supports financial operations, and facilitates compliance with lease terms and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities
Lease Abstraction & Data Management: Abstract key lease and property data including lease dates, options, financial terms, legal clauses, and critical reminders. Maintain data accuracy within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Financial Operations: Process recurring and non-recurring lease-related payables and receivables. Prepare weekly and monthly payment files, including variance analysis and reporting. Compile and maintain payment support documentation in accordance with audit standards. Lease Compliance & Analysis: Review and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements. Ensure billings align with lease terms and pursue corrections when discrepancies are identified. Review, edit, and execute estoppels to ensure compliance and minimize risk exposure. Communication & Coordination: Draft and deliver lease correspondence, including renewal notices, to meet critical deadlines. Conduct lease and property research, interpret lease language, and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders (e.g., facilities, landlords, strategy teams). Reporting & Quality Control: Perform ad hoc and scheduled reporting to ensure data quality across the lease portfolio. Collaborate with the Lease Accounting team during month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely processing of executed documents. Qualifications
Required
Strong understanding of lease language and terminology. Experience with operating expense and tax reconciliation reviews. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred
