Property Leasing and Administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales by making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up Complete leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, walk units, and the turnover process Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Use established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., events, promotions, newsletters) Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach; review market surveys and analyses Maintain knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market surveys Customer & Resident Relations: deliver excellent service and monitor response times Project a favorable image of the community to support property objectives Ensure consistency in dealing with residents and enforce community policies as directed Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Moving about to accomplish tasks and communicate with others; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Climbing stairs and ladders, standing or sitting for prolonged periods; exposure to varying temperatures and environments Work may require overtime, weekends, and night hours in emergencies Salary
