Grants Manager/ Grant Program Manager/ Grants & Contracts Manager
Location: Detroit, United States ⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (2 to 3 days on-site) What You'll Do
Overseeing the grantmaking process, from planning to execution. This includes researching funding opportunities, managing documents and deadlines, and tracking grantee results. Preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals and reports that meet funder guidelines. This includes drafting proposals, budgets, and grant application narratives. Maintaining and building relationships with funders and other strategic partners. This includes attending meetings and presenting relevant information. Managing the day-to-day administration of grant programs, including scheduling fund opening and closing dates, and overseeing financial monitoring. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. This includes developing and maintaining review guidelines for grant programs’ compliance. Assigning, supervising, and evaluating grants analytic staff. This includes making recommendations on human resources actions. What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, health related field, finance, or business with 3 years of experience in project management, research, grant or contract management, or finance. Strong analytical ability with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Seniority level
