The Controller acts as the central hub for data and information for the local operation and customer. The role requires maintaining professional communication with warehouse and ramp operations, third-party trucking providers, and the customer via phone and updates in the customer’s proprietary system. The controller must be familiar with the customer’s standard work manual to guide communications, including flight delays, operational escalations, and inventory updates. Responsibilities

Maintain inbound and outbound truck activity logs. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Monitor flights and provide real-time updates to leadership. Adapt to procedural changes. Create and send timely reports. Work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. Knowledge of Amazon Logistics System. Be willing to be trained in all operational aspects. Maintain attention to detail and flexibility in a fluid environment. Exhibit exceptional communication skills. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in data entry. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to procedural changes. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Attention to detail and strong communication skills. Preferred Skills

Good customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Warehouse experience preferred. Typing speed of 35+ words per minute (GWAM). Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
