Implementation Analyst I – Paylocity

Position overview
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for the configuration, testing, data analysis, and delivery of new client implementations for their assigned department. You will partner with Implementation Consultants, the EDI team, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation as a subject‑matter expert.
Primary responsibilities
Manage and respond to a high volume of client and internal emails daily through Salesforce to ensure timely communication and follow‑up
Partner closely with the TPA Consumer team and Cobra implementation consultants, providing system setup consultation
Import and analyze data using various platforms
Perform data audits, generate reports, and resolve system discrepancies
Maintain daily case load, ensuring all tasks and follow‑up dates are within SLA
Education and experience
Strong Excel skills (V‑Lookup, CONCATENATE, Pivot Tables)
1+ year in a customer‑oriented role
College degree preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail
Preferred
Basic understanding of EDI data mapping, transformation, and data communication protocols (SFTP, FTP)
Experience with setup and management of Tax Advantaged Plans (FSA, HSA, HRA, commuter)
Physical requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7‑8 hours a day
Use of computer and phone systems, including multiple software programs and simultaneous inquiries
Work location
– In‑Office (no remote or hybrid). Requires on‑site presence five days per week during designated hours. Locations: Schaumburg, IL; Meridian, ID; Rochester, NY.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $44,800‑$64,000 per year. Base pay may vary by experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for an annual restricted‑stock unit grant based on individual performance, in addition to our full benefits package.
