Job Summary Are you passionate about numbers, pay equity, and eager to make a real impact? Join our dynamic team as a Compensation Analyst. In this role, you\'ll help shape our compensation policies and programs, ensuring that our employees are rewarded equitably and competitively. You will dive into data, conduct market research, and collaborate with various departments to drive our compensation strategy forward.

Responsibilities

Compensation Program Support: collect, evaluate, and analyze data to design and implement compensation solutions that stay ahead of market trends and ensure compliance, internal equity, and competitive pay practices.

Job Audits and Classification: evaluate new and revised positions, determine appropriate band placements, and assist employees and managers with job descriptions to align job structures with business goals.

Data Management and Reporting: manage compensation-related data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and enabling informed decision-making.

Market Research and Salary Surveys: analyze data from various sources to determine competitiveness and provide recommendations for salary placements and market adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.

Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field.

Education and Experience Equivalency: One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education, or one year of relevant coursework beyond the minimum may substitute for one year of required professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications: SHRM-CP, SPHR, or CCP.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with compensation management software.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
