The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) promotes public safety and trust through fair administration, education and enforcement of liquor, cannabis, tobacco and vapor laws. Role Overview

The WSLCB Information Technology Services Division invites an IT Application Development – Senior/Specialist to design, develop, enhance and support an enterprise Salesforce solution that integrates with PaaS, SaaS and COTS systems. Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers and administrators, establish objectives and mentor staff. Architect, code, test and deploy secure, multi‑dimensional application components and web services. Design and maintain functional architecture, coding standards and release management procedures. Integrate custom, PaaS, SaaS and COTS solutions, optimizing performance and security. Develop complex data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) packages for internal and external use. Analyze performance, diagnose issues and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service. Required Qualifications

Seven (7) years of professional information technology experience in applications development. Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related field AND five (5) years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience. Two years of team leadership experience. Four years of standard Software Development Life Cycle experience, and four years of experience integrating PaaS, SaaS and COTS solutions. Four years of experience working in a Microsoft‑based environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Microsoft Azure adoption, governance and administration. Experience in Salesforce product suite customization as a developer and administrator. Experience in data governance and principles of data management. Experience in Salesforce DX deployment life cycle. Benefits
