Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8a - 4p with scheduled on call and holiday rotations
Primary Location: AdventHealth Sebring 4200 SUN N LAKE BLVD, Sebring, FL 33872
(Will also travel to the AH Lake Placid/Wauchula locations as needed)
Responsibilities
The Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is responsible for providing intermediate onsite PACS support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology applications and hardware equipment.
Report onsite at assigned AdventHealth facilities, work throughout the shift, and promptly resolve advanced PACS incidents and requests via ServiceNow while adhering to SLAs.
Serve as an Information Technology resource to imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists; support day-to-day technology incidents and requests (e.g., ServiceNow tickets, imaging workflow builds, voice dictation & reporting, modality configuration, connectivity, archiving, and related imaging systems).
Participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with stakeholders.
Work on-call rotation and support 24x7x365 PACS services for Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments; travel as required (minimum 25%).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate PACS incidents and requests per SOPs and SLAs.
Collaborate with AdventHealth IT resources, vendors, and clinical staff to diagnose and resolve issues related to PACS diagnostic stations, scanners, and network connectivity.
Perform routine system and preventive maintenance, testing, and installations for PACS applications and hardware.
Assist in training and mentoring new Imaging Administrators, Radiologists, and Cardiologists on daily operations and workflows.
Own imaging project activities: logging time, guiding imaging needs, following up on deliverables, and communicating project details to stakeholders.
Adhere to ITSM policies and ITIL framework for planning, operating, and delivering IT services.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging Solutions; intermediate knowledge in a clinical informatics environment; knowledge of supporting an entire PACS system and related components.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work courteously with customers at all levels including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff, and vendors.
Strong analytical, organizational, technical, and project management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision.
Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
EPIC Clinical Systems; Information Technology.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Associates degree or Bachelors Degree.
Licensure, Certification or Registration Preferred:
CIIP; ITIL; Radiologic Technologist (R.T.), Radiography (R), CT, MR or equivalent.
