Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8a - 4p with scheduled on call and holiday rotations. Primary Location: AdventHealth Sebring 4200 SUN N LAKE BLVD, Sebring, FL 33872. (Will also travel to the AH Lake Placid/Wauchula locations as needed). The role described is for an Intermediate Imaging Administrator supporting PACS for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology applications and hardware. This individual reports onsite, works the duration of the shift, and resolves advanced PACS incidents and requests via ServiceNow while adhering to SLAs. The role also supports imaging staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and vendors, handling imaging systems and related components. Responsibilities
Report onsite at designated AdventHealth facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support 24x7x365 PACS support for Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments. Ensure transportation is available for support to primary & secondary facilities during shifts and on-call. Minimum 25% travel. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate PACS incidents and requests via ServiceNow for imaging software and hardware, adhering to SLAs and SOPs. Serve as an IT resource between imaging staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors; provide prompt technical support for Enterprise Imaging systems and components. Ensure PACS system operating efficiency; collaborate with IT resources, vendors, and clinical staff to diagnose and resolve issues related to PACS stations, scanners, and network connectivity to Enterprise Imaging applications. Perform routine system/preventive maintenance, testing, and installations on PACS applications and hardware to support daily imaging operations. Participate in training and mentorship of new Imaging Administrators, Radiologists, and Cardiologists. Participate in imaging project activities: logging time, guiding imaging needs, following up on deliverables, and communicating project details to stakeholders. Adhere to ITSM policies and ITIL framework in planning, operating, and delivering IT services. Qualifications
Knowledge of AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging Solutions. Intermediate knowledge in a clinical informatics environment; experience supporting an entire PACS system and related components. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with patients, team members, leadership, physicians, staff and vendors. Strong analytical, organizational, technical, and project management skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask, completing multiple projects within deadlines with minimal supervision. Knowledge and Skills Preferred: EPIC Clinical Systems; Information Technology. Education and Experience Preferred: Associates or Bachelors Degree. Licensure, Certification or Registration Preferred: CIIP; ITIL; Radiologic Technologist (RT), Radiography (R), CT, MR or equivalent.
