Job Description - Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator (25034787) Job Description The Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is responsible for providing intermediate onsite PACS support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology applications and hardware equipment. The role reports onsite at AdventHealth facilities, resolves advanced PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system, and adheres to established SLAs. This position acts as an IT resource to imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports day-to-day technology incidents and requests related to imaging systems and components. The role participates in customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders. Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8a - 4p with on-call and holiday rotations. Primary Location: AdventHealth Sebring, with travel to AH Lake Placid/Wauchula locations as needed. Responsibilities

Report onsite at designated AdventHealth facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support 24x7x365 PACS coverage for Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments. Ensure accessible transportation for support to primary & secondary facilities during shifts and on-call; minimum travel of 25%. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate PACS incidents and requests for imaging software applications and hardware, following SLAs and SOPs. Serve as an IT resource between imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors; provide prompt technical support and resolution for Enterprise Imaging systems & components. Ensure the enterprise PACS system operates efficiently; coordinate with IT resources, vendors, and clinical staff to diagnose and resolve issues related to PACS diagnostic stations, scanners, and imaging network connectivity. Perform routine system and preventive maintenance, testing, and installations on PACS applications and hardware to support daily imaging operations. Participate in training and mentorship of new Associate Imaging Administrators, Radiologists, and Cardiologists on daily operations and workflows. Own imaging project activities, log time in project applications, provide guidance on imaging needs, follow up on deliverables, and communicate project details to stakeholders. Adhere to ITSM policies and ITIL framework in planning, operating, and delivering IT services to customers. Qualifications

Knowledge of AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging Solutions Intermediate knowledge of a clinical informatics environment Knowledge of supporting an entire PACS system and related components Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff, and vendors Ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete several projects within deadlines with minimal supervision Knowledge and Skills Preferred: EPIC Clinical Systems Education and Experience Preferred: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree Licensure, Certification or Registration Preferred: CIIP; ITIL Preferred: Radiologic Technologist (R.T.), Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance (MR) or equivalent Organization and Location
