Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa and Kansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role. Compensation

Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Responsibilities

Inside Sales Agent: handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Position details

Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training includes licensing if needed. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license. Benefits & Culture
