Position: Inside Sales Agent (Inbound Remote) — Liberty Mutual Insurance
This role handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Location: Remote for candidates based in the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.
Base pay
$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Starting base salary
is $45K with opportunity for growth. Pay details Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. W@H requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales. Ability to communicate well with both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire (or during training).
