Responsibilities
Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and ensure customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable and passionate about the brand. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives). Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand features, warranty, paperwork, and opportunities for loyalty. Report to the Vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, and benefits for customers. Collaborate with service department and body shop to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning. Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer. Maintain a prospect development system and an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business. Review and analyze actions regularly to improve time management and planning. Understand automotive terminology and keep up with technological changes. Know and understand applicable laws governing retail auto sales. Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of service. Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any accidents. Qualifications and Skills
AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. A good attitude, ability to learn, teamwork, and a solution-based approach are essential. Some sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong desire to succeed is a plus. Experience in customer service, account executive, financial services, mortgage, or restaurant industries has been successful for transitions into Auto Sales. What we offer

Ability to draw off sister stores with access to over 1,000 used vehicles. 5-day work week; Sundays closed with flexibility for an early day off.
