$60,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential
in your first year
5-day work week
(Closed Sundays + flexibility for an early day off)

Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and ensure
exceptional satisfaction
Ask questions to understand customer needs & recommend the right vehicle
Conduct vehicle demonstrations & test drives
Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork
Maintain product knowledge on features, accessories, and inventory
Work with service & body shop departments to ensure timely reconditioning
Attend sales meetings and training (dealership & manufacturer)
Prospect new leads, follow up with past customers, and encourage referrals
Understand federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
Promote dealership service department quality and value
Qualifications
No automotive sales experience required

Prior sales, customer service, hospitality, financial services, or restaurant industry experience is a
plus
High-energy, outgoing, and positive personality
Strong
verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
with acceptable driving record
Must pass background check & drug screen
