Milford, MA Key Responsibilities: Job Description: Consigli is transitioning from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC and is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Systems Analyst with deep expertise in CMiC to assist in configuration, training, and stabilization efforts. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth ERP transition and long-term success of the platform across our financial and project operations. Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Serve as the subject matter expert on CMiC financial modules (GL, AP, AR, JC, PM, etc.) Assist in mapping of legacy Sage 300 CRE processes to CMiC workflows and configurations Assist with validation and reconciliation during the transition Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and lead end-user training efforts System Support & Optimization Configure and maintain CMiC modules based on business requirements Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement Provide technical support to users post go-live, including report creation and permissions management Collaborate with Project Management, Accounting, and external partners to ensure platform alignment with business needs Create, test, and manage financial and operational reports using CMiC BI tools and/or SQL Ensure data accuracy and integrity for executive dashboards and audit processes Required Experience:

3+ years of experience working with CMiC financial modules in a construction setting Deep understanding of core CMiC financial modules Prior experience in an ERP transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC strongly preferred Strong data management, reporting, and troubleshooting skills Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with financial best practices in construction/project accounting Excellent organizational and communication skills Key Skills:

Experience with CMiC integrations (e.g., payroll, HRIS, expense tools) a must SQL proficiency for reporting Change management or training experience during ERP Legislation requires employers to verify that all newly hired individuals are authorized to work in the United States.
