ADP is hiring a Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions Consultant at the ADP Office in Tempe, AZ. This hybrid role blends consulting and sales to help clients solve HR compliance, technology, and strategic challenges. Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients on people, processes, and workflow using ADP expertise. Turn prospects into loyal clients by configuring solutions and aligning expectations. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network. Partner with sales professionals to present Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions. Problem‑solve and uncover areas of improvement while configuring solutions. Required Qualifications
Positive self‑starter: manage time, prioritize deliverables, and multi‑task with clear communication. Strategic partner: increase sales performance by partnering to present HCM strategies. Problem‑solver: thrive under pressure, motivate, solve clients’ problems, uncover improvement areas. Knowledge seeker: learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training. Minimum 2‑4 years of related professional experience; military experience skills valued. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the HR / Payroll Industry or related technical certification(s). Benefits
