We are looking for a licensed Acquisitions Agent who is motivated to learn to create success in real estate investment while earning rewarding commissions. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ In this role, you will learn to work with homeowners and investors to identify property opportunities, evaluate deals, and manage transactions from start to close. You will build lasting relationships in the investment space while leveraging proven systems, training, and tools that keep your business consistent and help you operate at a high level.

Responsibilities:
Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Qualifications:
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work Real estate license required Commission opportunity Great communication and first impression Compensation:
