Organization: New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science Location: 1801 Mountain Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104 An Off-Campus Work-Study Position - MUST have a Work-Study Award Position Summary: Bio-Program Assistant will be assisting our Bioscience Department in: collecting, preserving, cataloging, identifying, packaging specimens, and entering data on biologic specimens. The collection contains mammals, birds, insects, molluscs and plants. Responsibilities
Work a total of 15 hours per week (30 per two weeks’ pay period). These hours will be scheduled with the supervisor and occur within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work week. Minimum Qualifications

We prefer a student who is able to work well independently, but is willing to ask questions as appropriate, and who is reliable and courteous to all staff, volunteers, and Museum visitors. A student enrolled with a Biology or Museum related degree is preferred Application Instructions
