Respond to routine client inquiries, maintain communication records, and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Prepare correspondence and contact underwriters as directed by senior staff. Review and process policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness. Evaluate proposal policies using checklists and report missing items or concerns. Assist in renewal processes by gathering relevant reports and information. Contribute to employee communications like newsletters and presentations. Support financial reporting for renewals by collecting client details. Implement requested policy changes and assist with loss-run requests. Manage expiring binders and update renewal reports. Maintain carrier product information and data entry accuracy. Keep records of clients, prepare experience modification data, and handle invoicing and billing error research. Develop an understanding of insurance brokerage and industry trends. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. Up to three years of client service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Ability to complete ongoing education and attend meetings. Ability to travel and work outside normal hours as required.
