Admissions Sales Representative - Full Time at Charter College. We are looking for energetic admissions sales professionals, ideally located in Alaska, to handle inquiries and generate leads while guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Responsibilities
Handle inquiries received by the college via telephone, direct mail, and Internet in a professional yet conversational manner. Build relationships with prospective students and enroll qualified applicants. Generate personally developed leads through current students, outside resources, and referrals. Meet goals, multi-task, prioritize duties, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Identify opportunities for prospective students’ education and career development; conduct admission interviews over the phone, in person, or by video. Schedule admission interview call appointments and follow up with both enrolled and non-enrolled prospects. Enter tasks and notes into CampusVue daily and track incomplete enrollment files to ensure deadlines are met. Attend Admissions and staff meetings and complete required quotas for calls and appointments; generate personally generated leads. Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Bachelor’s degree (Preferred). 2 years of work experience in a sales calls related environment. 2 years of work experience in Admissions Representative (Sales). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced indoor sales environment and respond to business and customer needs with urgency. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of remote interpersonal communication techniques, technologies, tools, and resources. Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, database software, and Internet use. Punctuality, ethical conduct, and team-oriented attitude. Various shifts: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation
Full Time, Non-Exempt – hourly position. Salary: $28.85/hour. Benefits
