Overview
Admission Sales Representative (Full Time) – We are looking for sales applicants that live in New Mexico. This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Admissions. Base pay range: $28.85/hr. This role is part of the admissions department and involves handling inquiries from telephone, direct mail, and Internet channels. The Admissions Representative (AR) generates personally developed leads through current students, outside resources, and referrals, with the goal of enrolling qualified students who are likely to graduate. Responsibilities
Adhere strictly to accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines for proprietary school admissions. Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Admissions manual and those established by the campus and/or company. Follow Admissions Code of Conduct. Participate in all orientations if at a campus. Handle a high call volume in a fast-paced environment. Listen and build rapport to identify opportunities for prospective students’ education and career development. Use established phone scripts for inbound and outbound calls. Schedule admission interview call appointments and conduct interviews by phone, in person, or via video. Enroll qualified applicants and conduct follow-up with both enrolled and non-enrolled prospects. Enter all tasks and notes into CampusVue daily and track incomplete enrollment files to meet deadlines. Attend all Admissions and staff meetings and meet required call and appointment quotas. Generate the required quota of personally generated leads. Qualifications and Skills
High school or equivalent (Required). Bachelor's degree (Preferred). 2 years minimum work experience in a sales calls-related environment. 2 years minimum work experience in Admissions Representative (Sales). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced indoor sales environment, under pressure, and with urgency. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; excellent written and verbal communication. Working knowledge of remote interpersonal communication techniques, technologies, tools, and resources. Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, database software, Internet). Must be punctual, responsible, ethical, and a team player. Varied shifts: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation
