Responsibilities This full‑time position would work within the current Fixed Asset system and could be tasked with assisting with the implementation of BISON, a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) financial solution. Duties include but are not limited to: monitor requests sent to property management; consolidate disposal of capital assets; review spring and fall auctions; review revenues from sales and prepare final CIP/WIP reports.

The total compensation of Hourly Wage + State/Federal Benefits for a typical year for entry level Accountant is approximately $78,434.00 annually.
Ideal Candidate An associate accounting degree or accounting experience preparing invoices, billings and/or vouchers and financial reconciliations.
Knowledge Of
State accounting system (preferred but not required)
basic accounting and financial principles
invoice and requisition processes and similar financial processes
Skill To
operate computers and use Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL)
add, subtract, multiply, and divide mathematical figures
Ability To
display high standards of ethical conduct
attend to all details of the assignment and complete work accurately
treat customers courteously and be responsive to their needs
exercise sound judgment when making decisions and take prompt, decisive action
set priorities schedule activities, acquire resources, and monitor progress to ensure the successful completion of projects and assignments; and work independently
work cooperatively with others and promote a friendly work climate in order to achieve shared goals
