OMNET investments are guaranteed and made upfront using Omnicom capital, and OMNET assumes all financial risk associated with its partnerships. OMNICOM uses the OMNET platform to provide its 125+ clients a cost-savings benefit on their media spend, resulting in client savings totaling $250MM+ to date.
This posting describes the role with OMNET and the Investment Division within OMG.
Role and responsibilities
Be assigned to one of four team pods within the OMNET Investment Division and support stewardship, execution, and client engagement across an assigned roster.
Work on campaign execution across multiple media disciplines, with emphasis on Linear Television and Digital media; exposure to Audio, OOH, Print, Social, and Local media buying.
Assist the Senior Associate and Investment Manager in media plan development, execution, and negotiation for a given client roster.
Participate in media campaign stewardship, including performance reporting, system-entry, and billing reconciliation across your portfolio.
Train, develop, and coach team members to deliver best-in-class media outputs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for the investment process within the OMNET division.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business concentration in advertising, marketing, finance, communications, or related field.
As an entry level role, prior media/marketing experience is not required but is a plus.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new things, and work well in a team-based environment.
Knowledge of basic financial principles (revenue, profit).
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent presentation and communication skills; clear written and verbal communication.
Compensation and benefits Compensation Range:
$34,000 – $60,000 USD. The Company determines pay based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Benefits include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care FSA, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance.
Note:
This posting reflects the pay range at the time of posting and may be modified. Hybrid work arrangement: three (3) days per week in the office; two (2) days remote. In-office days are subject to change based on business needs.
