AE Studio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Staff Accountant
to join our growing team. You will ensure the day to day accounting activities are accurate and timely, and support leadership in developing data-driven insights to help drive business decisions. If you’re passionate about bringing order and structure to financial data in a fast growing company, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Drive the accounting function with responsibilities for invoice generation, accounts receivable tracking, accounts payable tracking, and job costing. Maintain the accuracy of financial information in our recently implemented cloud-based accounting system software. Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with Program Directors to ensure invoicing accuracy and understand potential challenges. Ideal Candidate
You are a highly organized and detail oriented person who thrives on bringing structure and order to growing organizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to manage timelines and deliverables independently. Just as importantly, you can collaborate across teams, working with humility, openness, and a focus on shared success. Must-Haves
2+ years of accounting experience Experience working in cloud based financial systems (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Excel Highly detail oriented and organized Self-starter and ability to operate independently Passion for emerging technologies and AI Nice-to-Haves
Background at high-growth and early stage company environments Prior participation in new financial software systems rollouts and adoption Familiarity with ERP system Sage Intacct What You’ll Get
