Who We Want We are looking for highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team through our Challenge LaunchPad Program, an accelerated rotational program designed to develop future leaders by exposing them to various parts of the business. Candidates should be eager to build a strong foundation in financial analysis and problem‑solving while gaining broad cross‑functional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for learning across departments.
What You’ll Do
Begin your career in FP&A, conducting detailed financial analysis, creating forecasts, and supporting budgeting to build a solid financial and data foundation
Rotate through other departments based on your skills, interests, and company needs, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to meaningful projects
Work closely with department leaders who will guide your learning, provide regular feedback, and help identify where your strengths fit best for long‑term growth
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and external stakeholders
Support strategic planning efforts by identifying key business objectives and developing financial plans to achieve them
Identify data inconsistencies, solve problems, and continuously improve analysis methods
Provide financial analysis support to cross‑functional teams such as sales, marketing, HR, and operations
Complete ad hoc financial analyses as needed to support business priorities
When and Where This position is located at our
Corporate Office in Walker, MI . Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.
What You Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility
Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
