Doubletree by Hilton Seattle Airport, 18740 International Boulevard, Seattle, 98188 What you will be doing
Maintain and transport all food products for designated outlets to deliver outstanding guest service and support financial profitability. Prepare and replenish foods for hot and cold buffets (fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, etc.). Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards. Transport food items to and from the kitchen. Check, maintain and control inventory of food items. Restock outlets with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace, and set for the next day. Perform general cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the work area. Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards. Qualifications
1 year minimum experience as Front Of House staff in a restaurant. The ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Previous hotel experience is a plus. Shift Pattern & Pay

Open availability required; typical shifts start around 4:30 pm. Pay Rate:
Hourly pay rate for this tipped part-time role is $16.66 for the first 90 days, increasing to $18.24 after completion of introductory period. Benefits
