Mann Law, a client-centered plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual to join our team. This role is critical in supporting attorneys with case management from intake through settlement or litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-first mindset. Experience in personal injury law is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients to provide updates and gather information Draft correspondence, demand letters, and legal documents Prepare case summaries and assist in drafting settlement packages Monitor case deadlines, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-up Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and lien holders Support attorneys in preparing files for mediation, arbitration, or trial Maintain accurate case notes and file documentation using Clio case management software Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation law firm Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury claims process Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (Clio) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be a self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team Key Attributes
