We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various challenges that may arise on-site. Duties
Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Implement and manage surveillance systems including CCTV to monitor site activities. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage conflict resolution effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques as necessary. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required, maintaining a professional relationship for effective communication. Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance reports. Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a security or facility management setting. Familiarity with scheduling and hiring. Background in athletics or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and emergency response protocols.
