Position
Dining Room Manager – Full‑time, Columbia, Missouri
Compensation & Shift $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30 am–7:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Front‑of‑House Excellence
– Keep the dining room clean, present, and inviting so residents enjoy every meal.
Host with the Most
– Greet residents, mingle, and create a welcoming environment.
Peppy Prepper
– Prepare tables, service supplies, and silverware so meals run smoothly.
Titan of Tidiness
– Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a tidy space for the community.
Appetite Anthropologist
– Observe diet changes and coordinate with supervisors to address any concerns.
Qualifications
Age 18 or older.
Preferred: Hospitality team leadership experience.
Knowledge of resident care and supervision standards.
Food server permit required by county.
English reading, writing, listening at or above 8th‑grade proficiency.
Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 lb.
Criminal clearance and good health verified by physician screening.
