Hiring Rate: $16.85/hr - $18.50/hr (up to $22.00/hr* w/Tips)
Hiring Rate: $12.00/hr - $14.50/hr (up to $18.00/hr* w/Tips)

LUN-A-TIC Position Summary The Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with Luna Grill recipes. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment like broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers. Knows and follows standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies and procedures. Stocks and maintains sufficient food levels at line stations for smooth service. Ports food products prior to cooking according to standard sizes and recipes. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station, including tables, shelves, and kitchen equipment. Assists in food prep during off-peak times as needed. Properly closes the kitchen following the closing checklist and assists others in closing. Attends scheduled team meetings and training, and suggests improvements. Performs additional duties such as dishwashing and bussing as required.
