Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Associate to support our R&D efforts. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of biophysical and biochemical assays, with an emphasis on supporting SPR experiments and fluorescence-based assay development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hands-on laboratory work and eager to contribute to groundbreaking research. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the setup, execution, and analysis of biophysical assays, including SPR and other binding studies. Support the development and validation of new biochemical assays under the guidance of senior scientists. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and data. Prepare reagents, buffers, and other materials as needed for experiments. Help troubleshoot experimental protocols and optimize procedures. Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated. Participate in regular team meetings and present data as required. Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biophysics, or a related field. Familiarity with biophysical assays (e.g., SPR, BLI, nanoDSF). Experience in development and optimization of fluorescence-based assays (such as TR-FRET). Hands-on experience with cell culture techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow protocols and work independently or as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical research environment. Familiarity with data analysis software and electronic lab notebooks. The salary range for this position is $50,000- $80,000 per year. The actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as relevant experience, education, and skills.
