This role supports store success and efficiency by delivering friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurate and effective work supports the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale.
Responsibilities
Cash Wrap: Greet customers, read cues, capture email/name where permitted, operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness, suggest add-ons, and thank customers to encourage return visits.
Stockroom / Warehouse: Receive shipments and transfers, notify management of arrivals, scan cartons/transfers, report discrepancies, process shipments per Coach standards, organize stockroom daily, manage stock levels, and assist with cycle counts and inventories.
Sales Floor: Replenish and analyze replenishment needs, react to sell-through, execute visual merchandising, communicate product information to customers, support sales floor activities, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Additional Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), use of walkie talkie, read price/product release sheets.
Physical: Fast-paced performance, effective communication, ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers.
Schedule: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
